Uwakstar Designs opened in 2018 and is owned and operated in Austin, TX. The company was born out of a desire to create colorful and inspiring fashion that was not available locally. Uwakstar Designs sources their fabrics from all over the world, but their design inspiration comes from the vibrant colors of African print fabrics (Ankara wax print).
