Rising Austin artist Freequency WC is back to grace the GMI page with another banger. Although it's still the beginning of the year Freequency has been applying some serious pressure, linking up with celebrity videographer HalfpintFilmz to deliver this harmonic jam entitled, "Hands Tied" with a cold visual to match. He acted fast to take advantage of the rare Texas snow scenery this year, just as the snow storm passed through the southern states.
