Alabama artist OMB Peezy was charged for his alleged role in a shooting last month on the set of a music video in Atlanta. The 24-year-old rising star was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm, Atlanta police confirmed on Friday.
The incident occurred at a scrap yard where a music video for Roddy Ricch and 42 Dugg was being recorded. Luckiky, neither rapper was injured. Three men were injured in the shooting, including two who left the scene before police arrived and took themselves to the hospital.
Police identified two of the victims as Antoine Blake, 25, and Vernon Moulder, 29, both of whom were found to be in stable condition. Another man, 40-year-old Kenneth Swanson, was arrested on the scene and charged with possession of an illegal narcotic. Swanson was not suspected of involvement in the shooting.
